Multi-Location Systems for Dental Offices
One system for the whole group: per-location extensions, interoffice dialing, one bill.
When a dental group runs two, three, or five locations, the phone setup usually grows by copy-paste: each office gets its own system, its own bill, its own support number, and no way for a hygienist in one building to reach a coordinator in another without dialing out and back in. Multi-location hosted VoIP replaces all of that with one system.
Every location keeps its own local number and lines, staff get extensions that work everywhere, and interoffice calls dial direct — while you manage, bill, and support the whole thing in one place.
What You Get
- Each location keeps its own local numbers and lines
- Per-location extensions — staff dial across buildings directly
- Call routing per location: new-patient calls, after-hours, overflow, all configurable
- One dashboard, one bill, one support number for the entire group
How Groups Typically Structure It
Most groups we work with end up with the same basic shape: each location keeps its own local main number and its own receptionist lines; a central scheduling line routes new-patient calls to whichever location has openings; staff get one extension that works from any building, so a coordinator in location two can reach a doctor's assistant in location one with an internal dial; and after-hours routing is configured per location, because the on-call doctor at each office is different. When location four opens next year, it joins the existing system — new numbers, new extensions, one more tile on the dashboard — instead of becoming a fifth contract to manage.
Why It Matters for a Dental Office
Multi-location practices lose money in the seams: a caller who gets transferred between offices and loses their place in the conversation, a location that's over capacity while the one two miles away has a quiet desk, and IT time spent maintaining N phone systems instead of one.
One hosted system closes those seams. Calls route wherever the practice has capacity, extensions follow staff between locations, and when you add location six, it's a configuration change on a system you already run — not a new project with a new vendor and a new contract.
Serving the Inland Empire — and the Contiguous US
We deploy and support this for practices in cities across the Inland Empire — including San Bernardino · Riverside · Rancho Cucamonga — and in all 48 contiguous states. We're based in Upland, CA, with our own technicians across Southern California; installs outside that area are handled with the practice or a local subcontractor.
